SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective September 23, 2026. These terms apply to SMS messages a clinic sends through Pllumi after a person has affirmatively opted in.
SMS program
Participating clinics use Pllumi to send the message types disclosed at the time of opt-in. Promotional messages are sent only when the person separately chooses the optional SMS marketing checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving care.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the clinic’s communications and the person’s choices. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. A person may also contact the clinic directly to update preferences.
Supported carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability, handset compatibility, and network conditions.
Privacy
Pllumi’s SMS privacy practices are described in the public SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these SMS terms when the messaging program changes. The current version is available at this public URL.
