SMS Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026. This public notice explains how Pllumi and the clinic identified in the opt-in flow handle SMS contact information and SMS consent.
What we collect
When a person voluntarily opts in to SMS messages, Pllumi records the mobile number provided, the SMS consent selection, the source of consent, and the time of the consent event so the clinic can honor that choice.
How SMS information is used
The clinic may use SMS only for the message types disclosed at opt-in, such as promotional offers. Appointment and account communications are governed by the clinic’s applicable patient communication settings. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Mobile-data non-sharing
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Pllumi may use service providers only as needed to deliver the requested communications and operate the platform.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe from SMS. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact the clinic through the public form or its listed contact information to update your communication preferences.
Changes
We may update this notice as the Pllumi messaging experience changes. The current version is always posted at this public URL.
