Your clinic
SMS consent and opt-in flow
This public page documents the consent experience used by Your clinic through Pllumi. It is available without a sign-in so prospective patients and messaging reviewers can verify the complete flow.
How a person opts in
- 1The person opens the clinic’s public contact form and may enter a mobile number.
- 2The person may independently select either of two optional SMS checkboxes—one for appointment and booking updates and one for promotional offers. Both are unchecked by default.
- 3The person submits the form. Your clinic uses Pllumi to store an auditable consent receipt and apply opt-out and suppression controls before marketing messages can be sent.
Exact SMS disclosures shown beside the unchecked checkboxes

Promotional messages: I agree to receive recurring promotional SMS offers from Your clinic through Pllumi. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Both optional checkboxes are unchecked by default and link directly to the public Terms and Privacy Policy.
This page describes the Your clinic public-form opt-in method. Your clinic does not represent that a person has consented to any SMS program unless the corresponding separate SMS checkbox was affirmatively selected.
